Heritage Mustangs
A Story of Purpose, Partnership, and Possibility
GRAND OPENING: April 26, 2025
The American Mustang — descended from Spanish horses brought to this land centuries ago — is woven into the story of our nation. Wild, resilient, and fiercely free, these horses once shaped the frontier. Today, their heritage lives on.

Wild Mustangs are a protected American treasure whose future is threatened by overpopulation in their limited natural habitat.
Heritage Mustangs helps the Bureau of Land Management manage the herds by adopting and training wild Mustangs. Once trained, these hardy, magnificent Mustangs go to a new forever home.
Heritage Mustangs is located on the farm property of Homestead Heritage, a Bible-believing church community in Waco Texas dedicated to strong family values and simple living.

Heritage Mustangs will officially launch on Saturday, April 26, as part of The Homestead Conference, a gathering of artisans and agrarians that brings together some of the most accomplished homesteaders along with award-winning craftsmen to present indispensable information and education for folks seeking to learn how to sustain their families and communities from the land.
